Why call customer care, when the manager is your father?

A classic example of Prayer.

Imagine having a problem with a service you have paid for. Wouldn’t you call the customer care to inquire about it? They would forward it to the Manager who would look into the problem and do the necessary steps to solve it. And hence in a matter of a few days, and few calls your problem would be solved.

Now imagine another scenario, where your Father is the Manager. Would you still go through this long process, or raise the issue directly with your Father?

The easiest way would be to go to the father, Unless, of course, if:

  1. You’re not in a good relationship with him.
  2. You’re scared of him.
  3. You don’t believe in him.

Modern Day Prayer, follows the same pattern. Where, people spend more time and efforts praying to everyone else, but to the God above all.

WHY?. Do they not trust their Father?

I definitely would go directly to the manager, instead of wasting my time with customer care. I am not judging those who take the longer route, I just think it’s sad.

Think about it. I hope I have left you curious.
